Principals
Stanley G. Neujahr, P.E., C.C.E.
Co-founder
of Neujahr and Gorman, Inc., Consulting Structural
Engineers, Stan has over thirty-four years experience in the
field of consulting structural engineering and small
business management and is involved in a variety of
professional associations. He is past President of the Structural Engineers
Association of Colorado, is a Certified Consulting Engineer
and is a past President and National Director of the
American Council of Engineering Companies of Colorado.
Stan’s project experience ranges from multi-story office
buildings to house additions including warehouse buildings,
restaurants, retail centers, condominium and townhouse
projects, school additions and investigations. He is
knowledgeable in all types of building materials and
methods. Past
experience also includes a wide variety of renovation work
involving structural investigations and rehabilitations.
Stan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural
Engineering from the University of Texas in 1975. He is
currently licensed as a Professional Engineer in nine states
and is a Certified Consulting Engineer in the State of
Colorado.
Michael J. Gorman, P.E., C.C.E.
Mike is co-founder and Principal of
Neujahr and Gorman, Inc., a consulting structural
engineering firm in Denver, Colorado. He has over thirty-two years experience in the field
of consulting structural engineering and small business
management and is active in a variety of professional
associations. As
past president of the Structural Engineers Association of
Colorado, he co-authored the “Guide for Consulting
Structural Engineering Services In Colorado”. Other positions include chairman of the Consulting
Engineers Council of Colorado Business Practices Committee
and the Denver Technical College Advisory Board. Mike has served on the Metro State College Civil
Engineering advisory board. As past President of the Structural Engineers Risk
Management Council (SERMC), Mike served on several
committees, conducted Technical Peer Reviews, Claim Reviews
and presented risk and business management seminars around
the United States. He has also contributed business practice articles to
Structure Magazine. Mr. Gorman received a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of
Colorado in 1977. He is a Registered Professional Engineer
in seventeen states.
