Neujahr and Gorman, Inc. offer hands on experience in all aspects of the design process, something that may not be available in other larger firms. Neujahr and Gorman, Inc. is always looking for bright engineers and CAD technicians who have the aptitude for designing and detailing structural systems and are looking for a company that offers variety in the types and size of projects they will be involved with. The work atmosphere is fun and challenging. Salaries are commensurate with experience and productivity.

Our OFFICE HOURS are 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Thursday with one hour for lunch or personal time from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and 8:00am to 12:00pm on Friday.

We observe seven paid HOLIDAYS; they are New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, two days at Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

In addition to the seven holidays employees will accrue 6-2/3 hours of VACATION per month of employment for a total of 10 days per year.  Additional days of vacation are earned after five years of employment.  

Employees will also accrue 3-1/3 hours of SICK LEAVE per month of employment, to a total of 5 days per year. Both vacation and sick leave can be taken when it has accrued. There is no waiting period.

Neujahr and Gorman, Inc. covers the cost for DENTAL and HEALTH INSURANCE for their employees based on our current ACEC/UnitedHealthcare coverage. Dependant coverage is also available. The cost for dependant coverage is the responsibility of the employee.

Participation in our 401K PLAN is available after six months of service. The company will match 100% up to 3% of your salary and 50% for the next 2% of your deferral contributions. A Roth 401K option is available. Your own deferral contributions and any Employer contributions are 100% vested.
