History

Neujahr and Gorman, Inc. is a full service consulting structural engineering firm located in Denver, Colorado and established by Stan Neujahr and Mike Gorman in February of 1981. Over the past twenty-eight years, the Company has built a broad client base, which has resulted in steady growth and a diverse project portfolio. The Company currently operates with a full time staff of six employees

Our staff has a wide range of experience specializing in the structural design of commercial, office, municipal, community, educational and retail buildings as well as condominiums, apartments and single family residences. Services provided by the firm include preliminary structural systems analysis, design and preparation of structural design documents, and construction administration. We also perform structural investigations, condition evaluations and renovations for building types that range from commercial buildings and schools to residences.

Neujahr and Gorman, Inc. is managed by two principals who are involved throughout the entire project, from the preliminary design concepts through completion, maximizing the benefit to the client of the experience of the firm. Neujahr and Gorman, Inc. uses the latest computer technology in engineering design and preparation of construction documents to provide the client with the best available solutions for their project.
